The rules for creating an account, using MultiStore POS, and subscribing to paid plans.
Agreement
By registering, signing in, or using MultiStore POS at https://multistorepos.com.ng, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
MultiStore POS provides software for point-of-sale, inventory, staff access, reporting, optional offline sync, and optional online storefront features. Features vary by plan. We may update, add, or retire features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts & acceptable use
- Provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and staff logins.
- Do not misuse the platform — no unlawful sales, malware, harassment, attempts to bypass security, or interference with other tenants.
- You must have rights to the products, prices, and content you load into the system.
- Demo sandboxes are for testing only; do not use them for real customer or financial data.
Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website or in your admin billing area. Trial and demo offerings are subject to duration limits described at signup. Failure to pay may suspend or limit access after notice.
Your data & our licence
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to operate the service. You may export your data while your account is active, subject to technical limits and legal retention duties.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform. Upon termination, access may end and data may be deleted after any applicable retention period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@multistorepos.com.ng.
